Ashley Dawson – Ashley has been involved in the organisation for the past 3 years while it underwent some set up and logistically challenges. Ashley is a Chartered Practising Account with a high level of experience in board positions.
Professor Dr Samy Martin – Martin is a Professor of Corporate Social Responsibility and has Australian qualifications in Accounting, Law and Management. He has held senior management positions in Australia, NZ and in the UK. Professor Samy also runs the Samy Medical Practice.
Darrell Bates – Darrell Bates has also been involved in the organisation for a number of years. He is a career firefighter with the Dept of Emergency & Firefighter Services in Perth. He is a committee member with the United Firefighters Union of WA. He has also travelled the journey of dementia for the past ten years and understands the need to help other families in this position.
Rebecca O’Sullivan – Rebecca is a registered civil celebrant and has many years experience with dementia. Both of Rebecca’s parents developed dementia and Rebecca cared for them before they entered permanent care. Rebecca also established and helps co-ordinate the Catholic Homes Support Group which focusses on support families of people living with dementia through this journey.
Caleb Datson – Caleb has a double degree in Accounting and Marketing. Caleb joined the board to help us grow our presence within the community and advises on marketing and fundraising ideas. He also hopes to gain knowledge in the policies of board control and be able to develop his position with the network in the near future.
